1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Rangmeer is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by opening the Cart Drawer. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'CHECK OUT' to complete your order.
2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Rangmeer without creating an account as a Guest via our seamless Checkout process.
3. What payment methods does Rangmeer accept?
Currently, the primary payment method accepted at Rangmeer is Cash on Delivery (COD). We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience for you, allowing you to pay in cash only when you receive your physical outfit. Do not accept a parcel if the official Rangmeer logo is not on the courier flyer.
4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Since we currently operate exclusively on COD, all transactions are finalized in PKR.
5. Which countries does Rangmeer ship to?
We exclusively offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.
6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We ship online orders for Ready to Wear in 3 to 5 working days, while Made to Order Luxury-Pret takes up to 4 to 5 weeks and Made to Order Formals takes up to 8 to 12 weeks. Couture items take up to 9 to 14 weeks. Delivery charges are a flat Rs. 500, and orders exceeding Rs. 10,000 receive complimentary free shipping.
7. Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we are offering same day delivery only for unstitched selected items depending on your city location.
8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For local orders within Pakistan, you do not have to pay any unexpected duties or customs taxes.
9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your shipping details. If you want to make any amendments after 24 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, typically, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 24 hours.
10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has dispatched via our courier partner, you will be provided a distinct Tracking ID.
11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
Our team at Rangmeer has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen due to varied ambient lighting and monitor color calibrations across different devices.
